Northern Michigan Newborn Photographer | In-home Photo Session

Welcome back, readers! As you know, we specialize in all kinds of photography, but I would say that newborn sessions are some of my favorite. Catching the look of true love glistening in a new mother's eye, seeing the littlest yawns and being part of the first few days of someone's life is a privelge that I feel fortunate to have.

Today I'd like to introduce the adorable Norah, daughter of Becca & Collin. This little lady has only been on Earth for a short period, but she's already got such a larger than life personality! She sure did give us a lot of expressions to work with:

Seriously -- Norah's creamy skin, smooth complexion and natural glow make her a serious contender for pretty much any one of those “cute baby contests”, don't you agree?

Because I wanted to highlight baby Norah's newborn sweetness, I chose to keep props and background noise to a minimum. I did use a handful of headbands that mom and dad had on hand to help enhance the natural beauty Norah already has. One of them was from Becca & Collin's family member who owns The Cherry Hut in Beulah. Isn't she just the sweetest little cherry?!
