We’re Sarah & Don Highway, a married team in Interlochen, just outside Traverse City. We’ve photographed 250+ weddings and events since 2011.
We planned our own wedding too, where everyone flew to Jamaica to celebrate with us at Sandals Ochi. So yes, we know exactly what your to-do list feels like (and possibly then some).

Questions for a Traverse City wedding photographer
Is the free consultation a sales pitch?
No. You’ll leave with a timeline and real answers. If you want a quote for photography, videography or photo booth services, we’ll build one for you right on our call. If not, keep the timeline as a tool to use while you plan going forward.
What should we bring to the call?
Your date & venue if you have one, and any questions keeping you up at night. That’s plenty.
Will you try to sell us everything?
No. We’ve talked couples out of buying things from us. We’ll help you figure out what you *actually* need and what you don’t.
Do you photograph LGBTQIA+ weddings?
Yes, and gladly. Every couple, every kind of wedding. One of our favorite days was a five-year vow renewal for two grooms on Castaway Cay.
