What you'll get: a signup confirmation text, then one automated text a day for 7 days with a growth tip for your Instagram page and a keyword to message @fulltimecatmama on Instagram. Instagram messages may include offers for our paid services.

 

How you sign up: you message 7DAY to @fulltimecatmama on Instagram, give your mobile number, preferred time and time zone, and agree to receive texts. Signing up is optional and isn't required to buy anything.

 

Message frequency: one confirmation text plus 7 daily texts. Texts stop after Day 7.

 

Cost: the challenge is free. Message and data rates may apply.

 

To stop: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one text confirming you've been opted out.
