Up next on our blog are headshots from two different businesses. We stopped by Dennis Gartland & Niergarth in Traverse City to do our 3rd or 4th round of headshots for their newest employees. Not only are they a wonderful client of ours, but I'm also a client of theirs. The team of CPAs at Dennis Gartland & Niergarth are highly skilled and if you're looking for someone to help you with your accounting & tax services, I would highly recommend speaking with them. It was great to see some familiar faces while we were there and we are always humbled when companies continue to hire us like this. Our corporate partnerships are something we pride ourselves on cultivating. Most companies want to be taken seriously and there is an unspoken goal to project a professional atmosphere. That means a consistent & clean website with photos of your ACTUAL employees. Having mismatched photos is the number one killer of website design. Distracting color differences, blurry images, clutter & background variance really detract from that professional persona you're trying to project. Our advice: when you find a photographer that you're happy with to do headshots for your company, try to stick with them. This way, they know & all the settings, light placements and background choices necessary to be consistent with the other photos they've taken for you.

On the very same day, we met up with Karen Taylor in her beautiful home in Traverse City so she could update her professional headshot.
